Lulu

Catahoula Leopard Dog, Dachshund Mix
Medium, Adult, Female

Lulu is a doxie/catahoula leopard dog mix. She is spayed and about one year old. She has a smooth, sleek and shiny blue merle coat with black spots. She is long and low, with short legs and doxie feet. Lulu loves everybody and gets along well with other dogs. Affectionate, sweet and loving. Lulu is a sweetheart! I thought she was an outside dog, but she has informed me that she is an inside/outside dog, so I let her come and go as she pleases. She loves to hug and snuggle and sleep with her people. I fell in love with Lulu instantly. She was turned in to me by a young couple who took her in as an injured, hungry "drop off". Lulu was banged and scratched up and skinny with a healed injury to one of her hips and legs. The vet says it's a fracture that didn't heal properly, but he emphatically does not recommend surgery unless she has pain, which she does not. She runs, plays and wrestles with the other dogs. She leaps a 4 foot wide flower bed and lands at a run. She jumps up onto the back of "her" chair and chases and plays with the other dogs. Lulu is happy to be loved and well fed with a soft bed to sleep in. This girl is special!

Frisky

Cocker Spaniel, Dachshund Mix
Small, Adult, Male

Frisky is a rescue with one eye. He looks like he's winking all the time. Frisky is a long haired cocker/doxie mix . He is long and low, has soft and silky blonde hair, crooked weinie legs and white weinie feet with blonde freckles. He is friendly, affectionate and very loving. Frisky is neutered, shots up to date and housetrained. He gets along well with other dogs. This little guy is playful and loving. He loves to cuddle and sleep with his person. Frisky likes to go outside to potty, poop and explore the yard awhile, but then he wants to come back in. I think he was abused. He just doesn't trust anyone enough to go right up to them unless they are sitting down. He is silly about doors too. He wants to come in or go out, but just can't make himself go thru the door, UNLESS he REALLY needs to go out or REALLY wants to come in. Then he can't get thru the door fast enough! He has a funny sense of humor and keeps us laughing at his antics. Frisky needs a home without small children. This little boy is one in a million!

Angelina (Angie)

Rat Terrier
Medium, Adult, Female

Angelina was brought in as a stray. She is a tri-colored rat terrier, with blue merle spots, about 18 months to 2 years old. When she first came in, Angie was scared to death of everyone (human and dogs). She was a quivering, shaking mess and it took awhile for her to be ready for adoption. She came around slowly, but surely. She's blossomed into a beautiful girl with one partial blue eye. She is spayed and house- trained. Angie is one of the happiest, most loving dogs I can remember. She has a funny, wiggly, twisty dance she does with a silly grin on her face. She has gone from a touch-me-not wall flower to a snuggly cuddlebug. Angie loves to sleep with her person. Angie is a very special girl who deserves a special home that is calm and tranquil without a lot of hoopla and commotion going on.

Tommy

Rat Terrier, Jack Russell Terrier Mix
Small, Adult, Male

Tommy is a friendly, handsome little guy. He loves women and kids. He was kicked around before he came to me, so he doesn't entirely trust new people until he gets acquainted with them and doesn't like men at all. He gets along well with other dogs and is playful without being hyper. He loves to hug and snuggle and sleep with his person. He is a black and white smooth haired JackRat. Tommy is housetrained to go outside or use a potty pad. He is neutered and all shots are up to date. Tommy is a sweetheart who needs to be adopted by a single mom with kids or a woman who lives alone.

Gage

Cairn Terrier, Chihuahua Mix
Small, Adult, Male

Gage is three years old and neutered. Gage is a cairn terrier/Chihuahua mix with wiry strawberry blonde hair that sticks out in all directions. Although he is timid until he gets to know you, he is affectionate and loving. He loves to snuggle and sleep with his person. He seems to like children, but Gage comes from an abusive background and I feel he needs a calm, quiet home with no small children. Gage is a playful, funny little guy with a sense of humor. We are working on his housetraining.

Blondie

Labrador Retriever, Jack Russell Terrier Mix
Medium, Young, Female

Blondie is a beautiful dog with a very sweet personality, and she loves kids. She is a Lab/Jack and looks like a miniature yellow lab with the small face and ears of a Jack Russell. Her blonde hair is short and plush. Blondie gets along with other dogs. She is spayed and all shots are up to date. Blondie is happy, healthy and praying for a forever home with kids.

Dalmation, Black Labrador Retriever Mix

Medium, Young Female

Domino is a black short-haired half-grown puppy with unusual markings. Her beautiful face is half white/half black, she has some white toes, her legs are brindle (striped) and the tip of her tail is white. Domino is sweet, playful, smart and cute as a bug. She has been spayed and all shots are up to date. She is playful, but not hyper and gets along well with all the other dogs. A plus is that she hasn't shown any destructive chewing or digging behavior usually associated with pups of her breeding, which is only a guess on my part. At any rate, she is a sweetheart and loves everybody.

Pomeranian, Dachshund Mix

Tootsie is a sweet, beautiful, shaggy little black pomeranian/long-haired doxie mix. Before coming to me, she lived in an apartment where she chewed her own tail off when she became tangled in the blinds. She was rescued by a very nice couple who brought her to me. Toots is very affectionate, playful and gets along well with my other dogs. She is housetrained to go outside and is spayed. and up to date on her shots.

Wirehaired Terrier Mix

Small, Adult, Male

Teddy is a wire-haired terrier mix. He is 12 pounds full grown, neutered and all shots are up to date. He is white with gray spots, friendly, loving and affectionate. He loves to hug, snuggle and sleep with his person. Teddy gets along well with other dogs and is working on his housetraining.

Chihuahua
Small, Young, Female

Wasabi will be one year old on April 7th. Her coat is solid red. She is sweet, loving and playful. She is shy and timid with new people at first. Once she gets comfortable with you, she wants to play or hug up to watch TV. She gets along well with other dogs. All the FDM dogs like her and are quite happy to let her boss them around. This little girl is a joy to behold.

Border Collie Mix

Sheila is a small border collie mix. She is black and white with silky hair. Her best features are her gorgeous feathered tail and beautiful little face. She's a beautiful little dog. Especially when she walks around waving her feathered tail. She is spayed, shots up to date, housetrained, very pretty, sweet and loves kids.
