Directions to apply for one of our adoptable dogs:

1. Please copy and paste the Application Information listed below into an email addressed to FairyDogmotherRescueOK@gmail.com AND also to CKienlen@cox.net.

2. Title the email: Adoption Application for (name of dog).

3. Complete the questions in the body of the email. 

4. Send the email. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.  We are a volunteer-only organization, so we answer emails as we are available.
